With the first of its planned fleet of 15 Vossloh Class 68 locomotives due to arrive in the UK early next year, freight operator DRS has released images of the first two examples completed, including No. 68002 in a new DRS livery.

The SWT-NR Alliance has made a significant step in reopening the disused Eurostar platorms – closed for six years – at London Waterloo. The reactivated Platform 20 will be able to accommodate passenger services for contingencies, with the full timetabled service to use platform from May 2014.
