c2c tops punctuality league

National Express train operator c2c has topped the punctuality chart for 2011 after achieving 96.7% of trains on time.

Rail industry statistics reveal that East London and Essex train operator c2c has achieved 96.7% of trains on time for the 12 months leading up to January 14, 2012. By achieving these results, c2c has equalled its industry-leading and record-breaking annual punctuality score, first achieved in June 2010.
Julian Drury c2c’s managing director said: “For c2c to top the punctuality league for the whole of 2011 with 96.7% of trains on time, is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the c2c team. It’s also a wonderful point from which to begin the new year, in 2012 we will strive to improve still further the service we offer our customers in East London and Essex.”
