Weathered Class 37s on their way from Bachmann
By: RAIL EXPRESS
Bachmann has released images of production samples of its forthcoming weathered English Electric Type 3s in British Railways green and BR blue.
Having already pictured the pre-production versions of the two weathered Class 37/0s due for release later this year in a previous REM, Barwell-based manufacturer Bachmann has released images of the final paint samples for both locomotives.
Both of these 'OO' scale EE Type 3 models feature new weathering, cowl style (original) bufferbeams (sadly not corrected from the earlier run) etched fan grilles and directional lighting.
32-781A is in BR Blue livery with split head code, Running number 37034. 32-782A is in BR Green livery with centre head code, Running number D6984. Both will be available from your local retailer soon.
