In our previous issue, no. 335, it was reported that Locomotive Services was considering a staffing reduction due to the downturn in the railtour market. However, this story was incorrect.
Rail Express and the writer of the piece would like to apologise to Locomotive Services Group, MD Tony Bush and the company’s staff for any distress this has caused. Locomotive Services has advised us that it is in fact actively recruiting into the group and has no ongoing concerns about the railtour market.
